As an African-American, following the Diallo incident, I am deathly afraid of the police. What do you plan to do about police accountability for killing unarmed people?

Answer:
I am the only Presidential candidate who supports an Executive Order barring federal monies for police departments convicted of police brutality, including racial profiling.
